Processing times

Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Purchases made during weekends or on public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Delivery times and couriers

Italy: delivery within 1–3 business days from dispatch.
European Union: delivery within 3–7 business days from dispatch.

We work exclusively with reliable couriers such as Poste Italiane, Bartolini (BRT), and UPS.
