Refund policy

We hope every Elarie Milano creation fully meets your expectations; however, should this not be the case, our returns service is at your disposal.

Return terms

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, complete with tags, accessories, and original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return procedure

To start a return request, please write to info@elarie.it indicating:

Order number

Name of the item

Reason for the return, if applicable

After your request has been approved, we will provide you with the instructions to proceed and, where applicable, a shipping label.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Defective or incorrect products

We invite you to check your order upon delivery.
If you notice any defects or damage, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately: we will assess the issue and offer you the quickest solution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the one received and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order.

Right of withdrawal ( EU)

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason.
As with every return, the item must be in like-new condition and complete with its original packaging and tags.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
