WARRANTY & SUPPORT
Is the watch covered by a warranty?
Yes. All Elarie watches are covered by a 24-month legal conformity warranty from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
- Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Quartz movement malfunctions
- Technical defects not caused by improper use
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by impacts, falls, or crushing
- Damage caused by contact with water not in accordance with instructions
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, marks on the strap, alterations due to daily use)
- Depleted batteries after prolonged use
How can I request assistance?
Simply contact our customer service by providing your order number and attaching a photo or short video of the issue.
We will provide you with precise instructions for a solution within 48 business hours.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from Italy to almost all countries worldwide.
If your country does not appear among the options at checkout, please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will check the possibility of shipping.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is currently free in Italy and USA.
For European Union countries, the cost is €9.
For other destinations, the amount is calculated at checkout based on the country of delivery.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary according to destination:
- Italy: 2–5 working days
- Europe and the rest of the world: 3–7 working days
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 working hours.
During holiday or promotional periods, times may vary slightly.
Where can I find the tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code and a link to monitor your delivery.
If you have created an account, you can also check the status of your order in your personal area.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
How can I make a return?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us via email at info@elarie.it or through the form on the Contact Us page.
What are the conditions for returns?
The product must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Intact
- Returned in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the defects are covered by warranty.
We reserve the right to check the condition of the product before issuing a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the product, using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
CARE AND USE
How should I take care of my watch?
To preserve your watch over time:
- Avoid knocks and drops
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, and detergents
- Remove it before showering, bathing, or swimming
- Store it separately from other jewelry
- Clean it with a soft, dry cloth
Is it water-resistant?
Elarie watches have a water resistance of 3ATM.
They are suitable for:
- Accidental splashes
- Light rain
- Handwashing (without submersion)
They are not intended for:
- Showering
- Bathing
- Swimming pool
- Sea
During showering or bathing, hot steam and detergents can, over time, compromise the seals and finish of the watch.
To preserve its quality and durability, we recommend removing it before any activity involving water or steam.
How long does the battery last?
Average battery life generally ranges from 1 to 3 years, depending on usage and model.
Can the color change over time?
Some models are made of metal alloy or feature plated finishes.
As with any metal accessory, natural wear and tear can vary over time based on factors such as:
- Frequency of use
- Contact with water, steam, or chemicals
- Sweat and skin pH
Proper care and avoiding prolonged exposure to water or detergents help preserve its original finish.
Are the watches suitable for sensitive skin?
The materials used are selected for daily wear. In case of particular sensitivities or specific allergies, we recommend always checking the composition or contacting us for more information.
FIT AND SIZING
How can I tell if the watch will fit my wrist?
The case and strap dimensions are indicated on the product page. We recommend checking the case diameter and comparing it to a watch you already own.
For a more precise choice, you can measure your wrist circumference with a tape measure or a piece of string.
Do you adjust the strap before shipping?
Yes. We offer free adjustment before shipping: simply indicate your wrist size when ordering.
Even when we make the adjustment, we always include:
- The removed links
- A link remover for any future adjustments you may wish to make yourself
Alternatively, any watchmaker can make the adjustment quickly.
How do you adjust the links of the strap?
Adjustment can be made by removing or adding links.
To do it at home:
- Place the watch on a stable surface.
- Identify the direction indicated by the small arrows on the back of the links.
- Insert the link remover into the side hole and gently push the pin outwards.
- Remove the desired link.
- Bring the strap parts back together and reinsert the pin until it is properly secured.
The operation is simple and takes only a few minutes, without the need for excessive force.
